Though, what /jp/'s going to tell you is that it's only good for "fanwank" purposes and it's not a good game by itself so much as it's only liked because of the characters in it.
You fly around and shoot stuff like in MBA though, and nearly every button command changes when you get in close range to make it like some sort of ridiculously limited 2D fighter instead. It's cute fun but not genre-defining or anything.

Also if you're looking for good PSP games and can read moonspeak (which I imagine you can because you're downloading this), try out Phantasy Star Portable 2 and Valkyria Chronicles 2, both of which came out not too long ago.
There's also Half-Minute Hero, all the Tales, both Star Oceans, etc etc. Honestly this one will only last you a day at most, and that's if you want to full-clear the whole thing.
