It will be almost impossible to get that new Sanae maxed out. Imagine if you need something like 300 rolls to spark in her banner that is god cubes only, don't have a 100% chance of getting her with each god cube 10-roll and need 4 dupes of herself to level her up to the max. You'd also need absurd luck to get dupes from the Koishi/Flan banner. I often don't even get the rate up spell cards to MLB and now you would need a character instead of a card.

It's all true. It does say that no other limited character besides Sanae can show up but that just means that your 600 cubes will result in regular Udonge and not the blonde one.

She has her own banner but you can only roll with pink cubes (600 for a 10 roll). There is no sparking in her banner. She can also be pulled in the pink Koishi/Flan banners but the rate is low and you can not spark her in there either. She can only be upgraded using dupes of herself, no dolls work. Best starter units you can have outside Toyohime is fucking Iku, while having Ichirin on that list it's partially fine, the moment RNG from free rolls gives you SA Koishi, EoSD Marisa and MoF Suwako, you can basically put Ichirin on hold, heck even Okuu it's fucking better to have than her or Nazrin.

My secondary account basically received Iku and Toyohime on day 2, Okuu on day 20, SA Koishi on day 6 and both PCB and EoSD Yukari a month later, there is no way I ever considered to pick Nazrin from there, no fucking way, her damage it's too fucking low and too fucking limited, you just can't put a support unit as primary objective, even Hecatia it's no so ok as starter, EoSD Sakuya it's probably better than her cause at least she only limited on her LW and she fucking eats early and latter stages like nothing
