I am poor as fuck, but even so I'd buy this game (if I were interested on it) simply because I liked its translators, after reading their FAQ - and, obviously, also because I like supporting doujin game developers, as most of those only make games because they like making games, and they hardly ever put any form of anti-piracy protection on their works. At least for me, that means that they don't care about how you got the game they made, as long as you play it and possibly enjoy it.

I checked it out and it's not a virus. The uninstaller (what everyone was claiming was a virus) is packed using kkrunchy (http://www.farb-rausch.de/~fg/kkrunchy/)) as is the main installer EXE. Once you unpack the files they are no longer detected as a virus (AV software will flag anything it can't read). It's easier to claim everything is virus though so I expect this knowledge to go ignored like usual.
