Let me understand what you're saying OP. You want a total stranger from the internet with similar interests to use time and a lot of money to go to a foreign country across the globe and stay with you. Aside from that we don't even know if you speak Japanese and by the sound of it you think the "otaku" term is a good thing. Otakus aren't weird because they like anime/manga, they;re weird because they purposefully choose to like things that society think is strange. Real otakus are total shut ins who think anime/manga has become too mainstream and have moved on to stranger interests. Please don't mix up "otaku" with "someone who has uncommon intersts in anime/manga/video games."
