I actually used Paint.NET. Photoshop would be overkill.
Here's what I did (I also did Omega Sudo and Mini Sudo):
1. Erase everything but Sudo.
2. Make a new layer, put in an image from the google image search `quantum physics'. Make another layer and put in another. Set them to multiply blending.
3. Make a new layer and make the text. Duplicate that layer, then move the new layer a few pixels to the right, and up. Recombine the layers.
4. Duplicate that layer. Set the brightness to 100 and the contrast to -100. Repeat until everything is pure white.
5. Use the curves effect to make the white text green.
6. Fragment the green text. Duplicate this layer several times, then recombine them until there is no transparency. Set the green layer beneath the new layer.
7. Return to the Sudo layer. Adjust his hue to a strange color, then up his contrast and saturation.
8. Use the line tools with one arrowed in to put the arrows on.
9. The googled images are beneath Sudo. The arrows are above Sudo, and beneath the text.
10. Flatten all layers so you can save it as a JPG, and use, like, 80% quality so that the image is small and can be loaded fast in case that mean Meido deletes it before it can be archived like she did in the old days.
