Tokiko's got a pretty nifty design for such an incredibly minor character. Very minimalist, cool hair, and that headwing in place of a crest is great. Don't much care for the horns, though, as much as it adds to the Keine relation.

I'd like Tokiko if not for the headwing. The only thing worse than two headwings is one of them.

I dunno.
I like head wings a lot because of how expressive they are. They're like animal ears but more versatile. Tokiko's single head wing loses a lot of the expressiveness, becoming more like just an ornament...but I still like it. It just seems to tie off her look perfectly while adding an extra bit of flair that her otherwise plain design certainly needs.

Tokiko reminds me of a Western Scrub Jay. Ever since I spent half a year in the Californian coast mountains as a child, I've had a relentless obsession with those birds. The first time I saw Tokiko, which was in a piano arrange video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7Lu8a5HHwM)), I was stunned by the character design and instantly attached to the character. It's a shame that she's tainted now. :(

Well, they are bird-shaped former humans. How much do they resemble birds varies, most portrayals just give them human body with wings, but there are some where they're fully bird-shaped with humanoid posture. But the point was they aren't shapeshifting crows.
