I believe so called primaries here are just mad that their favourite 2hu (probably some stage 3 boss) is not even in top50.

The dialogues in the games are shit, you'll understand the story only if you read the manuals or the comics.

People talk about the touhou games as if they were some kind of visual novel instead of the simple shooting games they actually are.

That would explain why I am almost always confused whenever I see people discussing Touhou.

I always felt like I missed a huge part of the story because I never finished any of the shooter games.
I guess the next step is to read the plots of the games on the wiki or something.
