A Christian hu would be absurdly powerful, especially if she had a few christian artifacts with her (maybe the iron crown). Medieval Europe developed an absurdly large tourism industry in an age where you had to take off half a year from dirt farming in order to see a dead guy's femur in a shiny box. She'd have enough faith for several lifetimes.

Technically no. Gensokyo's gods and youkai (to a lesser extent) are powered by faith, but Byakuren and the Taoists are powered by magic, Ichirin uses magic rings and a giant angry cloud to punch you, Sanae leeches her power from Kanako and Suwako, and Reimu uses a variety of magical items (talismans, her gohei and yin-yang orbs, etc) and an innate talent for exorcism (she doesn't draw power from the Hakurei Shrine god because he's pissed at being constantly neglected).
