Run anchor.exe (or Emuera, depending on the game), Japanese locale is advised so you don’t run into untranslated text.

It's exactly as it says, though to get Rise in Shinjuku you need to side with a guy named Naoya (which in itself starts the incomplete Devil Survivor route). Near the end of the Shinjuku line of events of Naoya's route you raid a cathedral and are given the option to take an unconscious Rise after some fights.

Honestly the interpretation that UM is about jews (or, more loosely, capitalist exploitation) wasn't entirely wrong. ZUN already made another game with very similar themes (unscrupulous merchants creating an incident in which people exploit the powers of others) in AOCF, both fucking with the dream world in the process. The problem is the pretty stretched assumption that the villain of game, a merchant god you're supposed to defeat that has literal backstabbing as her final spellcard, was supposed to be a endorsement of the financial elite, and all the conjectures that stem from assuming such a flawed interpretation is factual.

Misreading a single digit in an equation will produce a wildly different answer, yet it's a mistake that's easy to make, so at what point does it really become schizophrenic? Failure to recognize that said perspective is wildly out of line with common perspective and reconsidering accordingly? As an individualist, I don't like any definition that defines non-conformism as a mental illness, so I don't consider that criteria very good. Pedy's probably fine, just a kinda stubborn and kooky. I say kooky because his standard of information for whatever reason is low enough that he was willing to make the stretched assumption about the message of the game earlier, accepting and inferring around it accordingly, but that's honestly par for the course. I applied JP patches that slightly expand certain random encounters such as the faceless woman and the bunny saleswoman, so in case of a failure you can now fuck them at least. Another addition is a promise to pull out for raw sex, which lets you fuck them raw, but you have to be quick because it's a timed option, and if you fail they won't let you do that anymore.

The big one that's off by default (at least it was in my version) is "Untrained Fall".
Having that setting on is what allows girls to fall in love with you without having to rape them first, so it's essentially mandatory unless you're doing a pure evil playthrough.
You don't need to turn it on right at the start though, so even if you've played some already you haven't locked yourself out of the option or anything.

If you struggle to complete your first dungeon, IMO the best one to start with is 61. Harajuku. It's got a save point in the dungeon so you don't have to beat it all in one go and the rewards you get when you beat it are quite good.

If you don't want to be sexing males (especially if you are a male MC), but want them to be usable outside of combat or for NG+ transfers (if you 'gotta catch'em all'), you could always just turn on the Trust Fall part of Untrained Fall too. Trust Fall is the only Fall state that you can achieve Contract with without having to do anything else except Loyalty grind, so if you have a good way of making yen, just Blood Oath a whole bunch of characters. You can always reset the relationship on subsequent NG+'s if you wanted to get other Falls on them later. Trust Falls also occur for the opposite sex as well, which again helps if you find yourself with loads of money but not enough time (especially if you planned to get one of those 'before Day 50 but forced NG+' endings). With the right build or set up you can theoretically achieve anywhere from 4 - 80ish Trust Falls per single game day (4 minimum if (You) don't have Summoner levels and have a dedicated Summoner in your party for that sweet, sweet L.S. Entertainer Emulator Skill, technically unlimited if you are a Tuner or loaded up with Demons and a way to constantly switch out what's in Demon Storage). Could even be done in a single day segment if your personal SAN levels can hold spending literal hours or even days just Loyalty grinding.

Are you asking for an era game that functions similarly to Arknights, but 'turn-based' (since it'd be difficult to simulate real-time without destroying the player's ability to do anything)? Or do you just want to 'train' Arknights characters? Or perhaps even something like 'Arknights the RPG'? There are a bunch of existing templates in which one can use to create 'eraKnights'. It's just more of whether someone is willing to actually put it into motion instead of just making a simple erakanon clone. And for something like eraMegaten, which already has so many Extra characters/scenarios and seem happy to take in more? It's far easier to just write up scenarios and dialogue with some basic coding than to wrangle with actual core coding to try to make it work the way you envision it. And eraMegaten also has a pretty good guide around on how to implement your own characters and scenarios into it as it is.

What's up with these settings? I assume the "cheating" part happens when you have your lovers talk, but since success rate is supposedly based on intelligence and I never raise my that on my MC, I just keep it on and only have randos do it. It feels like an afterthought, because the dialogue still treats the talker as the protagonist. Demons aren't exactly known for negotiation, either, and I feel like it should at least be restricted to other humans.
Then there's the second one, which doesn't seem to do what I'd expect at all. You can have it set to Only Master or All Allies, but what it actually does when you set it to the latter is make negotiation automatic when done by others, and I don't know how that relates to the name of the setting, nor do I know why you'd ever turn it on. Maybe it's a translation error?

I guess it's because he has a moderately okay standing right now and is allowed to even do work on the main branch, instead of having people calling for his execution as was the case about a year ago when he was busy trying to implement his brand of... stuff into it. There's a big difference between hiding a drunk bar or reworking a single piece of UI to not show up when it's not needed, and making a mechanic that sets up an entirely new context for every single character in the game, messes with your waifu's satisfaction with your equipment and has the potential to give you a whole ton of different problems like severe incompatibility with japanese dialogues and mechanics. People really got mad at it, and this is understandable. It's the sole reason 114-kun was trying to shitpost about the dick system again today, that alone should speak volumes about how bad it was.
This conspiracy theory kinda makes sense to me, to be honest. I checked that suggestion out back then, it was supposedly pop's own idea for his branch, and it was just a couple of hours older than the ATW one. And when something about sluts was brought up, he immediately made another suggestion to rename [Slut] talent just to fit that one suggestion specifically - disregarding everything about it's use in game right now and even about how it's used in other era games, despite "just" being a messenger for another guy. That's dumb. Not only are shifting requirements weird and unintuitive, and makes the difficulty wildly variable, Lewd doesn't even have any meaning to the player. It's a trait that slightly changes a handful descriptions for characters being sexed, and little more.

Panties are a currency and a key gameplay feature, on top of being central to the game's premise, given that you're supposed to be worshipping a panty deity. Removing the sacrifice aspect makes the game look hollower. The prayers you'd really use frequently are cheap anyway, so you can just nab a panty whenever you need to. If you really want another reward for panties, I'd sooner look at increasing the amount of gaps the player receives, since they actually tie into the mechanic, instead of just rendering it irrelevant.

There is eraJK, an era 'simulation' game where (You) are a JK going to school. You can even do part-time jobs at the combini and such, and there's a system for after-school clubs of a sort. And it has a map system, including chikan (because you need to take the train to go from the residential area to where the school/shopping area is).

Rise is from Dungeon [42] Shinjuku, the dungeon where you either choose the Lily Flower route by listening to Amame's sermon or the Naoya route by attending Haru's concert. If you did neither of these in Shinjuku, you probably didn't go to the right dungeon.

Rise only appears in the Naoya route, and in four different forms, if I remember right. After meeting Ozawa and getting the Black Indulgence:
As Non-Combatant Rise with Persona potential: Head straight for the Cathedral and go to the right room - do not talk to Rise via the '!' icon on the northern part of the map
As a Persona User Rise (non-cooperative): Speak with Rise in the northern part of the map before going to the Cathedral and entering the room to the right
As Shadow Rise: Speak with Rise in the northern part of the map before going to the Cathedral and entering the room to the right; during the fight with her, TALK to her and convince her to join you (like a normal demon negotiation)
As Persona User Rise (combatant): DO NOT get Rise in Shinjuku by not going to the room to the right in the Cathedral (or leaving her there), and later when you do the [38] Watchtower Assault request (part of Yamaitaka Liberation, aka the Himemiya Kikue questline), in the final fight with the Hypnotic Machine, defeat the boss without destroying the Hypnotic Machine and you can rescue a virgin Rise slut with bigger boobs, a load of sexual experience and enough Abnormal EXP that makes it impossible for her to get anything but Lewd fall

If you did do the right Shinjuku and did the Naoya route and all but failed to get Rise in that dungeon, your only choice is Choice #4 listed above. If that's not the Riset you want, I hope you have a save you can load from before you completed Shinjuku!
