I've gone through times where I abstained from it for a week up to over a month. In the case where I was just busy and around guys, it was somewhat manageable and it didn't go beyond morning boners, however imagine having to spend a month surrounded by cute girls (3DPD, but I doubt anons here wouldn't be turned on if they were around them 24/7/31days), I was constantly fantasizing and spending the whole day turned on, it can be quite painful mentally to be subject to that amount of sexual stress/tension, but somewhat pleasant too.
