How many chores do you guys do? I can't stand doing anything for more than a minute, yet my mom assumes two friggin hours is "perfectly normal". It's long since gotten to the point where I'm turned off from doing chores just to spite her, and now the house is a total shithole, and she blames me for it every day.

Your picture:
I invented "o4l" in 2009, it sometimes makes me want to rage when people use it without giving me any credit or knowing who made it.

I empty the dishwasher and let the dog out. That's pretty much it.

At least I can walk around naked all day.

What about the rest of the chores? Do you have one parent or two?

>> No.8644312

One. My mom does everything else.

>> No.8644313

I wheel out the trash to the curb and empty my cats' litter boxes. Sometimes I cook dinner. I don't really do anything physical, mostly because I can't.

When I was alone for a few months I really enjoyed doing all the house work.

>> No.8644314

I live alone and haven't washed my clothes or cleaned anything in three months. All I do is take out the trash.

>> No.8648697

I do some of everything except washing clothes. I usually wear the same clothes for a week straight, so there's really not enough for me to bother.

>> No.8648704

Sometimes I vacuum, bring dirty clothes downstairs, and motherfucking dry dishes.

I have no problem helping out and am in no position to complain, but drying dishes? Really? They dry themselves. Such a waste of time.

>> No.8648712

All I have to do is take the trash and recyclables to the end of the drive way twice a week.

>> No.8648722

My mom does everything around the house. I used to volunteer myself but she would give me the "I don't want my cutie pie to do such hard work" line so I just gave up. Sometimes I fear for my future, but then I realize that this is already my future so I just go and fap or something.

>> No.8648727

There's nothing less productive than house hold duties, especially some of the things people do. The fuck is the point of making the bed or folding laundry?

This is tumblr-grade whiny bullshit.

You try dealing with a shitty dog in a shit-filled room with shit that isn't even your own and you feel shitty as hell 24/7 because everywhere is shit.

>> No.8648758

I like doing chores and tidying up. I think I would make a good stay at home dad or housewife.

Sometimes I even fantasize about taking extra care while preparing my (hypothetical) children's lunches, or helping them make a snack when they return home from school, even if it is something as simple as apple slices with peanut butter and raisins on them.

I tidy my room, feed the cats, and make my own food. Most of the time.

>>8648727
I agree. The same with using plates all the time instead of just using kitchen roll. OK, for things like curry, you're going to need a plate or something solid. But why get a plate for some chips or bacon or something? It's just unnecessary cleaning.

>> No.8648797

I throw out the trash every once in a while. Probably once a week?

I'm completely sedentary and already washed my own clothes, my own dishes, cleaned the bathtub I use, etc. Just watching out for myself and what I use and she gives me no trouble.

Now I'm supposed to go to the gym. That's not really a chore though.
