I would actually need advice on not suffering from malnutrition here.
Maybe I should wake up at 5am again so I can enjoy breakfast again.

Anyway I eat fruits for vitamins, either canned tuna or smoked salmon twice a week; two eggs at least once a week and rest of the meals are either beef or pork. Mostly beef, though.
As for the carbs, it's either rice, pasta or bread, sometimes potatoes.
No vegetables since I either eat fruit or take vitamin pills, so I have the vitamin field covered.

Very seldom eat pulses as they upset my intestine and make me fart incontrollably, same with anything made from milk.

I drink filtered water, but enjoy the occasional tea or alcoholic beverage.

As for physical exercise, I take walks at night, never use elevator, never use public transport but walk instead, and do stretching on a daily basis.

If you can afford to eat more, then why don't you? White meat is better than dark meat, so consider switching out some beef for chicken / turkey. Eggs won't hurt you. You could eat 8+ every day with no cholesterol gained from them. Leafy green vegetables would be a great addition to your diet. Kale, spinach, broccoli, peas, etc. If you make sauces / gravy, you can add the water from the cooked veggies to it to add flavor and extra vitamins.

I lived with a vegan guy last year, he went from being a vegetarian to a vegan, and actually put on weight.

I am not fit. I used to be when I was in high school because of marching band, but now I am just weak.

My diet consists of lots of whole grain/wheat/whatever, mostly. I love it so much and it doesn't make me fat. I also love oatmeal and rice. Occasionally salmon, but that takes time to make and I like to eat simple.

I eat 3 times a day except on the weekend where I do not restrict myself. Though even then it's usually just 4 times. I don't eat very many sweets or junkfood despite loving them, though. I can make a peanut butter sandwich and take in less calories than a handful of cookies, and get good nutrients too.

I suffered from a medical condition a few years back that ended up with me in the hospital.

Afterwards physical exersice was necessary to recover.
It started with ordinary physical theraphy, but past that it was still recommended to train further to prevent my risk of physical injury such as the case of fractures or whatever as a likely case after my condition.

I am a neet and have been so for over a decade already.
And even though I now go to the gym on a regular basis, I am still practically a hikkikomori. I get all flustered and seriously freak out if I leave my comfort zone beyond the house.

Technically I don't need to excersize anymore, but it turns out I could get further welfare money from it, and they would pay for the training and someone to train me and everything.
I still don't like going to the gym, and if it weren't for the fact that the bottom floor of the very building I live in, happens to be a gym, I probably wouldn't be going despite the afformentioned above.

Almost ironically, when I am horrible at social stuff and interaction, it's actually easier to train with the trainer than alone. The trainer still makes sure I don't do anything stupid in the gym while training, and that re-assurance well compensates for the social interaction. Without it I would fear looking stupid to any other in the gym, which is something I certainly wouldn't be able to take.

Objectively speaking I am actually pretty fit now. Though due to how I have never done any real physical activity, my motor skills are still sub par and I still probably wouldn't be able to play too well in competetative sports. Physically though, I can lift a good deal over my body weight, and I can do this repeatedly, slowly, and with control. And I have actually gotten pretty great indeed at running.
I still don't leave my building, and I don't do any activities beyond training so I am not really sure what I need it all for though, aside from the welfare benefits. I think its good for me though I guess, I bet it's a whole deal better for my body than doing absolutely nothing as before I ended up at the hospital all those years ago.

I am in the best shape of my life by far. The idea of passing by my physical prime like this, rotting away in my apartment feels sort of weird. But it's the only way I know, or at least the only way I have been able to handle.

Not watching it for the plot as it can be dull as fuck to sit on. Most of the time, the pacing, the overall show is not engaging. Don't even mention how the mysteries fails to spark up your interest at all. The reason I am still following it is because of the stunning animation & visuals, the characters, which are imo, interesting and the witty clever thoughts. I got to like Oreki because I can relate to him,and because of how he is a "realistic" human being. That may be a bias due to me being able to relate to him but who gives a fuck.

Actually, if you really don't want to wrinkle up, shiver, collapse and barely be able to move as an old man, that's all the more reason for you to train honestly.

Sure you are never as fit as an old man as a younger man. But those that stays relatively energetic and perky all up until they die, all had some kind of fit body in their younger days.

It's those that were already unhealthy and already had a lousy lifestyle of which they never changed that has it the worst.
Physical activity is still the most effective method against all those bad elements and conditions from growing old.

So while you are likely to not live as old if you don't do anything, you are still likely to grow physically older a whole lot earlier, and have it considerably worse and more painful than that of a healthier man, even if you keel over and die a couple of decades before him.
