Aw sheet, I remember this. It was the peak of the series as far as I'm concerned, the sprite art-style is charming as fuck.

You should build a pretty, cute park. Something with lots of decoration in nice pastel colours with rides taking your guests all around your beautiful landscape through a variety of twists and turns at speeds going from slow to breakneck-fast.
