Asocial discrimination affects millions of people in all aspects of their lives.
The effect is well known and studied.
But nothing happens, because it's always social people in positions of power.

What we need are some words for this shit. For the system of power dynamics that keep the quiet loners in a state of depression and poverty:
Socialarchy? Sociarchy? (In the style of patriarchy being rule by males, this is rule by those comfortable in social engagements).

For the act of discrimination against asocial people:
Socialist (in the line of racist or sexist) obviously doesn't work.
Asocialphobic? Bit too similar to "social phobia" maybe.
misa- or miso- something?

There's not even a word for the societal systems that are crushing us. And half of you are going to think I'm joking or that I should be joking. Loners get a fucking shit deal in life, yet often contribute more to society's well being than other groups.

We're systematically removing all conflict from people's lives. Everything negative that can happen between two people will soon be some sort of discrimination, and eventually illegal.

It's the social equivalent of parents never letting their kids get sick or hurt themselves.
