I despise this curse of monolingualism so damn much, bros.
I'll never ever EVER be able to be fluent in German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Russian, Greek (Modern and Koine), Latin, Amharic, Arabic, Persian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Indonesian, and it cuts deep inside.

I have to read physical books because if I'm in front of a screen I'll, without even thinking, inevitably open 4chan and shitpost for ~30 minutes for every 15 minutes I spend actually reading.

I hate this shit so much bros, instead being able to say that I'm reading a book with a really impressive page count having more words smushed in each page means the number at the end is gonna look so much less impressive, and people will think "oh I like reading books with around 200 pages so I'll multiply that by 4" when in reality your fucking font sizes are massive and your books are teeny tiny, my book was huge, man. And the font wasn't that big.
Huge fucking bummer, really sucks. It really does.
