IQs are also falling within families. Ethnic demography alone fails to explain the decline. Another factor involves women entering the workforce. In my country it has played out as follows:
high iq woman enters professional workforce
low iq woman works low-skilled jobs
high iq woman gets promoted

high iq woman earns more money, pays more in taxes, has 0-2 kids in her 30s
low iq woman has 1-3 kids, takes welfare

Even accounting for all the above Enviromental causes,whites and Oriental Asians are several standard deviations above anybody remotely dark skinned. In Australia, most adults read at a rather low level in English, but this might be due to them dropping out of school early to do a trade, learning or mental impairments, but most importantly linguistic background. If someone is literate in Chinese but comes to Australia having not learned English to a high level before they’re an adult, then the time and ability to learn it to a high level is stifled. Whether you like it or not, we’re already globalised and the centrality of standard languages is going to shift. Some areas will simply have bad education, especially considering our English teachers are losers who couldn’t get through to a postgraduate degree properly.

their linguistic background
their education
how old they are
their abilities and limitations
