As someone who mostly is using pony now, it is a model mostly for sfw or risque and it does that incredibly well. Here are some pretty good gens I think, getting pony to do this would need a lot of wrangling. none of these had inpainting or region. Not every gen has to be sex anon.

I think the biggest problem is that it doesn't work too well unless you do it at a higher intensity but then your pictures look blurry so I don't know how many artist will willingly destroy their images like this kek.
