What made JP great is they hired failures or girls who were going to fail, who needed hololive to make it and as a result respect the business because of what it has given them
Mori doesnt care about hololive or the business, shes just using it, but what you can give her is she cares about the entertainment industry and respects that hard work is required to succeed
Ina also doesnt need the company but she was at least a diehard fan who wasnt personally going to try to ruin it
one or two of these types is fine (JP has suisei and a couple others, you have norios outside the company, etc) but once you hit a critical mass of people who dont "need" vtubing, that opens the door for them to start shitting it up with other interests
