This is pretty obscure knowledge in the West and fairly uncommon in Japan. Lolicon is used for all of them. When alicecon is used, it's generally for older lolis. Heidicon and babycon are never used. Toddlercon is sometimes used but it's fairly rare. It's considered "too much" even for the most depraved Japanese lolicons. Most of the time, it's done for shock value in guros.
