I assume you are talking about Nijisanji's financial report. Well I am here to tell you that Q4 was a...mazing!!!

Sure Dookipukieacoopyturd caused a bunch of needless drama, but Niji has recovered from it with grace. The VR was a fantastic, heartwarming, and jaw dropping event where all of the livers (who didn't quit because they are a bunch of fat babies) performed their hearts out. Not only was the quality of the performance great, but it also generates a large amount of revenue for Niji.

On top of that, they also released some fantastic merchandise of a bunch of the livers. It is all really high quality and looks so cute. I got some of Elira and Enna's merch and it is just the best thing ever!

All large amount of the livers who took time off streaming to escape harassment from DookiePoo and her awful, drooling fans have all come back to great success. They have all brought in revenue and given their fans wholesome streams to show that they care about them.

The future cannot be any better for Nijisanji. I can't wait to see what the future holds!

For Nijisanji's financials, they do not end on December 31. Their financial year end is April 30, 2024. So even though it is 2024, the financial statements still include it as Q4 2023.

It's weird. All of companies do not have traditional year ends.

Is there a legal way for them to try to hide EN's disastrous Q4 results from the investors? Obviously any efforts to hide EN's failure from the investors will be unsuccessful, and the act of trying may cause more harm than simply admitting that EN failed; but is the act of making such an effort through legal means within the set of things which are possible?

I specified "legal" for a reason, though: if they try hiding EN's failure through illegal means and get caught, it'll make the damage done since Feb 5 look like a fart in an F-5 tornado, except the tornado is twice the size of Australia.

It gets better when you take into consideration two very important things:

1. Time zone differences
Tokyo is 13 hours ahead of EDT (NYC) and 16 hours ahead of PDT (LA). When the clock strikes midnight on May 1 in Japan, it'll still be the morning of April 30 in the US (11am EDT/8am PDT)

2. The Tokyo Stock Exchange
Anycolor has a massive hardon for its stock value, and the TSE loses at 3pm JST on trading days, including April 30. If there's any business Niji needs to get done in Q4, but hasn't done yet because doing it will drop the stock value, they'll have a nine-hour window to technically get it done in Q4 without negatively affecting the Q4 stock performance. There is a small but non-zero chance of weapons-grade fuckery in this window, including but not limited to graduation announcement(s) and/or immediate termination(s).
April 30 trading ends at 2am EDT on April 30 / 11pm PDT on April 29 - a bit less than 26 hours from now

And for the cherry on top: even if all 31 talents stream tomorrow, and even if all 31 of them each get Pekora-level superchat revenue in those streams, that still might not be enough to save the branch. The YOY drop for Q4 will be much worse than the Q3 drop even with such a jackpot.

>> No.74709962

I'm gonna be that guy and despite the fact that I want nothing more than the discontinuation of Nijisanji EN, I don't think anything substantial will come out of the Q4 reports. This is the same company that took the Selen shit and stamped the word "negligible" on it. Unless something else catastrophic happens I expect Nijisanji EN to wheeze through the rest of this year.

Both companies had growth you moron. Cover especially had %50 YoY growth in the last report. Niji had growth on the JP side. Is the 40% drop on the EN side that led to their fall.

>> No.74713399

>>74707797
There is, and is actually very easy. They can stop showing the results of EN as a separate entity, and just mix their results with JP and the rest. Cover never showed the financials of EN, ID or Stars as separate. It's always mixed with JP. Instead, Cover shows their growth trough financial data on revenue from overseas - and it helps them a lot that overseas fans also donate and buy merch of JP members. Anycolor, chosed to show different graphs for JP and EN branches, because EN grew a lot through Luxiem, and the Luxiem boom was impressive to look at in reports. It really made it look like Niji was taking over the world. Now they may be forced to hide it by mixing it with JP, which could drown any actual visible decline, and have the loss in revenue for EN look just like a small overall drop in revenue for the whole agency. A drop of 3-4%, or even a 10-15% will look less bad than a 50-70%

deron/higuchi kaede from main branch is growing in subs compared to vox akuma but her vod views and superchats dont bring that much money to niji like what vox brings to niji. subs is only good for bragging rights, whats the point of having a million sub and then said content creator struggled to get 10k vod views in a day. i get your point, subs is good and gives instant recognition, but im looking at a business point of view. i would rather have a content creator that brings me legit views from streams than subs and short youtube views.

The odds of one last major Niji fuck-up before the end of the month are small odds.
Very small odds, given how much time is left in the month, and how hard management is trying to pretend they care about the talents.
Extremely small odds.... but not zero.

Keep an eye on Kotoka's YT and Twitter. She's leaving soon for sure, and there's a chance that management might be too impatient to wait until the end of Q4 before publishing her white paper.
