I'm surprised this wasn't more talked about. I could maybe understand if only 1 or 2 people didn't like her (well actually I couldn't kek, hime is an angel), but it seemed like ALL of nijisanji at that time didn't like her.

Honestly, nothing bad would have happened to NijiEN if they had been cooperative with their co-workers, had no favoritism, respected other companies' talent, and had healthy communication with people.
Unprofessional and childish behavior like picking fights with random people on Twitter, badmouthing people behind their backs, and making careless comments caused the EN branch to fall apart.
Many people blame management for EN's failure, but that is not the only reason.
