It's pretty standard to have oversight of the setup pre-event and a team on-site for the actual event to head off issues since I imagine the majority of the event staff are not affiliated with Nijisanji directly. Companies like VShojo, Hololive, etc do this whenever they have events at anime conventions, let alone an event like this since this is PURELY a Nijisanji thing. EO in Singapore here. Every client I have worked with so far has had a lot of their own input and demands into making THEIR event a success. They butt in into every decision and also QC the media (posters, videos, ads, websites, etc.) over and over to make sure everything is up to the standards of their company. We are just the people who do the heavy lifting so their event is exactly how they want it to be. Of course we give our own input if shit isn't viable or if there are better ways to do things, but the final decision almost always lies with the client if they aren't total retards.
Both VRhap (assuming it's not a Niji subcompany) and Anycolor are at fault for how the event turned out. With how many shitty startups there are in the events industry here I wouldn't be surprised if Anycolor just went with the lowest offer and have so many corners cut.
The shittiest part of all this is the lack of accountability for all the fuck ups. A proper apology to all their attendees for cutting the M&G short seems like the least they could do even if they don't want to acknowledge the typos and other video fuck ups.
I'm really just surprised by how little Anycolor cares about the event.

They genuinely did have fun with the concert and have been voicing their complaints heavily about the meet & greets. Plus one of the biggest upsides of these kinds of events is the fans getting to meet each other and exchange gifts and stuff. You can’t really invalidate someone’s feelings on something just because you think it’s shit. Nijisanji live2d concerts have been the norm for a while (aside from Lazulight at AX) since the wait for 3ds has been so long so they don’t mind it

Asians are good at math, so why have more Meet and Greets in that allotted time? What gives them the authority to shorten the time to allow more tickets? Something Anycolor would approve. Never seen a company so proud to display 'No refunds' for all their events.

At this point, dunking on Nijisanji is a great way to boost your reputation. If Sonny or any other talent called out bad practices by the company such as this, they'd get loads of support just because Niji's reputation is in the gutter.
